នាថ្ងៃទី២៦ មិថុនា ២០២៤ ក្រុមហ៊ុន អេច អេស ស៊ី គ្រុប (HSC Group) និង Lagardère Travel Retail បានចុះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងរយៈពេល១២ឆ្នាំ ជាមួយនឹងក្រុមហ៊ុន ខេមបូឌា អ៊ែរផត អ៊ិនវេសមិន ឯ.ក (CAIC) ក្នុងការវិនិយោគលើគម្រោងប្រតិបត្តិការហាងទំនិញរួចពន្ធ និងសេវាកម្មម្ហូបអាហារក្នុងអាការយានដ្ឋានថ្មី។ តាមរយៈការសហប្រតិបត្ដិការនេះ ក្រុមហ៊ុនយើងនឹងអភិវឌ្ឍហាងលក់ទំនិញទំនើបៗចំនួន៣៤ ដោយហាងលក់ទំនិញទាំងនោះ គ្របដណ្ដប់លើខ្សែសង្វាក់អាជីវកម្ម៣ធំៗ ដែលមានហាងលក់ទំនិញរួចពន្ធលំដាប់ខ្ពស់ ភោជនីយដ្ឋាន និងហាងលក់សម្ភារសម្រាប់ធ្វើដំណើរ ដែលនឹងបំពេញនូវតម្រូវការចម្រុះរបស់អ្នកដំណើរសម័យថ្មី។

On June 26, 2024, HSC Group and Lagardère Travel Retail signed a 12-year agreement with Cambodia Airports Investment Private Limited (CAIC) to enhance duty-free retail operations. This collaboration entails the establishment of 34 retail outlets, encompassing upscale duty-free stores & fashion and food service. Additionally, a travel accessories store will be introduced, catering to the varied requirements of contemporary travelers, marking a significant milestone in Cambodia’s retail landscape.
Techo International Airport is scheduled to commence flight operations in the first half of 2025. We are optimistic that the partnership among the three companies will introduce an exceptional passenger experience, elevating the standards of sales and food services for travelers within South Asia and beyond, setting a new benchmark in service excellence.
