រយៈពេល៥ខែនៃការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ យើងសង្កេតឃើញថាបុគ្គលិកឆ្នើមទាំង១៧ នាក់ពិតជាបានអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពខ្លួនកាន់តែប្រសើរជាងមុនជាមួយនឹងជំនាញនៃភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំក្រុម ការចេះបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ ភាពជឿជាក់ជាងមុន ព្រមទាំងភាពក្លាហានក្នុងការបញ្ចេញមតិថែមទៀតផង។ ក្រុមហ៊ុនសង្ឃឹមថាវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ ប្រៀបដូចជាកញ្ចក់ក្នុងការឆ្លុះបង្ហាញឲ្យពួកគាត់ស្គាល់ខ្លួនឯងកាន់តែច្បាស់ជាងមុនលើជំនាញដែលខ្លួនមាន ដឹងពីចំណុចខ្វះខាត និងអភិវឌ្ឍខ្លួនទៅលើមុខតំណែងថ្មីដែលពួកគាត់ចង់បាន។

The first training program in 2022 “HSC Talent Center” of HSC is over!
During the 5 months of this training, the 17 outstanding employees have developed their skills of team leadership, good communication skills, and gain more confidence in expressing their thought. The company hopes that this training program will be a mirror to reflect them better on the skills they have, and to seek out the weaknesses to develop themselves in the new position they want.
